Introducing DenPlus’s own dental model resin for 3D printers. Developed according to stringent requirements, this resin provides strength, accuracy and predictability at an affordable price. It can be printed at 50 µm or 100 µm layer thickness and is suitable for all types of dental models. It is compatible with a variety of DLP and LCD printers.

Printer validation for our 3D resin is performed in-house to ensure total control and consistency of results. Our methodology involves exhaustive print tests and meticulous fine-tuning of material parameters until reference restorations that include zirconia crowns and bridges as well as cast partial frameworks, fit the 3D printed models the same way they fit on the original stone models from which they originate from.

POST-CURING

  • LED 405nm source (without heat):
      - 30 mW/cm2 (ie: FabCure 1) - 40 minutes per side (80 min. total)
      - 70 mW/cm2  or more (ie: FabCure 2) -  34.5 minutes total

  • OTOFLASH G171: 2000-2400 flashes per side.

Allow models to cool down to room temperature before using them.

NOTICE: Note that the white resin yellows a little after post-curing but turns white again after 24-48 hours.
